These terms apply to the public website, generators, analyzers, calculators, guides, downloads, and other resources made available through HyTools. Some tools may also depend on third-party software, game APIs, mods, plugins, browsers, or hosting environments.
HyTools generates drafts, commands, configuration snippets, files, visual plans, and explanatory suggestions from the information you provide. Generated output may require adaptation and can become outdated when Hytale, a mod, a plugin, or a hosting platform changes.
Review every result before applying it to a live server, publishing it, or sharing it with a community. Keep backups, test changes in a safe environment, and confirm syntax, permissions, paths, ports, and software versions against the current documentation for the product you actually use.
You remain responsible for decisions, server changes, moderation actions, published messages, downloaded files, and any consequences of using generated output.
Use HyTools only for lawful purposes. Do not use the site to distribute malware, attack systems, evade access controls, infringe rights, impersonate others, harass people, automate abusive traffic, or interfere with the availability or security of the service.
Do not submit passwords, private keys, access tokens, payment information, or personal data that you are not authorized to process. You may not scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or resell the service in a way that harms HyTools or its users.
References to Hytale, mods, plugins, hosting providers, operating systems, documentation, and external websites are provided for context and interoperability. HyTools does not control third-party products and cannot guarantee their availability, accuracy, compatibility, or security.
HyTools is an independent fan-made project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by Hypixel Studios or the official Hytale team. Third-party names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
We may add, change, suspend, or remove tools, content, routes, downloads, or features at any time. We may also limit access when needed for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or service stability.
We work to keep the site useful and accurate, but do not promise uninterrupted access, permanent storage, backward compatibility, or support for every browser, server version, mod, plugin, or hosting provider.
HyTools is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, or uninterrupted operation, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, HyTools and its maintainers are not liable for lost data, lost revenue, downtime, server damage, security incidents, moderation disputes, or indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
