Every announcement needs a clear action
Players should understand what happened, when it happens, who is affected, and what they need to do. Put the most important action near the beginning instead of hiding it after promotional language.
For maintenance or incidents, separate confirmed facts from estimates. If the end time is uncertain, say that clearly and provide the channel where updates will be posted.
Adapt the same facts to each channel
Discord can support headings and details, while WhatsApp and in-game notices usually need shorter lines and fewer decorative elements. Keep dates, time zones, links, and player instructions consistent across every version.
Review generated text before publishing. Templates and local AI can improve structure, but they do not know whether your dates, rewards, rules, or technical claims are correct.
